または、箱の破損などで、トラッキングナンバーが変更になっている可能性もあります。

This is to ask you for the investigation the shipped package.
One of three packages which were sent out on September 18th has not been arrived at Japan yet.
The tracking information image is attached in the e-mail. Please confirm it.
Please ask to the international mail service by telephone on your side.
According to the tracking information, it is possibly that the package has been lost after shipping out from USA. Or the tracking number might be changed due to damaged the cardboard.
I am getting in trouble since I already paid for the package but can not receive it.
