「商品に不備がある」とバイヤーさんから連絡があり、一度日本に返送してもらう手続きをしています。
先方から、こういったケースの配送料については通常どうしているのか、という質問に対して返答になります。

その際は、最も安い配送方法で日本へ返送してください。

Regarding return shipping cost, after the buyer returns the item and I check shipping cost by photo etc, I will make refund through PayPal.

Also about delivery label, I cannot create it at my side so I kindly ask the buyer to create it.

In that case, please return it to Japan by most reasonable delivery method.
I will make refund for the amount of item as soon as the item arrives and I check condition of it.
