こちらの商品は不良品対応の為ボルトの替えを同送して頂いてたのですが、
今回の不良は脚部分が傾いてしまっている為、ボルトを替えても良品にならないものです。

but the defective this time is that the leg part is leaning. So replacing the bolts does not help.

「お世話になります」をあまりにも機械的に訳しすぎです。形式ばって訳すなら例えば添削の通り、もしくは単に"Hello"でもいいくらいです（依頼された方がどういうニュアンスで使うかにもよりますが）。お客様より「返品」が抜けていたのも厳しいです。
