私はあなたから商品を購入しましたが到着した商品が不足しています。
私が契約している転送会社のMYUS.comには現在6個しか商品が到着していません。私は購入した個数は7個です。１個不足しています。
請求書に記載された重さと到着した商品の重さが違います。商品１個分の重さが足りていません。発送した個数を再度確認して私に連絡してください。
もし不足分を発送してるならトラッキングナンバーを教えてください。宜しくお願いします。

I purchased the products from you, but there was a shortage.
According to my contracted forwarding company, MYUS.com, they only received 6 pieces so far. The quantity I purchased was for 7 pieces. 1 piece is missing.
There is a weight discrepancy between the one on the invoice and actual gross weight of the products arrived. The weight for 1 piece falls short.
Please kindly check and advise me of the quantity you have shipped by return.
If the missing product is in fact on the way, please advise me of the tracking number for it.
