以下の私のコメントですが、商品化中止を決しておススメしているわけではないのですが、
どの位の数の製品を結果生産するのかによって、それに伴い動く人、モノ、金、時間が釣り合うかどうかを少し心配しておる次第です。もし発注が3000個位しか結果望めないのであれば、Ａ社の金型を使う考えは辞めるべきでしょう。量産ベンダーと製品金型の移管、インベンターやＡ社の金型流用におけるロイヤリティ契約など、調整ごと結構沢山あります。グループ会社間の金型共有は本当はもっと簡単に出来れば良いのですが…。

The comment I made below doesn't mean that I recommend ceasing commercialization, but depending on how many products will be manufactured as a result, I am a little concerned whether or not the people doing the work, the items, the money and the time will be in balance with this. If we only hope for an outcome of 3000 items ordered, we should probably stop considering using A company's mold. For things like the transfer of the product mold with the mass production vendor, or the royalty agreement for the re-using of the inventor and A company's mold, there is quite a lot to do for the co-ordination of each. In reality, it would be good if we could more easily do joint ownership of the mold between the group companies.
