今、PayPalにお支払い頂いた資金が保留されており私の判断で返金ができない状況です。
PayPalからこの時期は荷物の配達が遅延することが多い為、あと10日程返金を待つように言われました。
あと10日程、返金をお待ち頂くことはできますか？
