委託元より受領している資料を確認しました。
2件とも、2012年1月以降の使用のために許諾を得たものとなります。
また、年間あたり利用者数は前回も今回も保守的に見積もったうえで申請しております。
先程のメールでお願いしましたように、今回は1月1日からの利用許諾をいただく（agreementの発行自体は数日遅れたとしても）ことが当方のお願いとなります。

I checked the document that I received from the contractor.
We have gotten an approval to use from January 2012 for both of the two articles.
Also please note that we declared conservative estimates of the number of users per year both last time and this time.
As I asked in the last email, here I am asking you to give us an approval to use from January 1st (even though issuing the agreement will delay for a few days).
