ビデオ素材の件ですが、添付ファイルのように東京の本社から北米事務所に請求書が既に届いております。既にご存知のように当該ＶＴＲに登場している俳優の動画素材の2次使用の可能期間は動画公開後1カ年になります。本件俳優所属のプロダクションと契約書を纏める必要がありますので明確な動画公開スタート日時が解りましたら教えて下さい。現状は11月1日位からということでプロダクションには説明をしています。
As for material of video, as you can see in atached file, invoice for the office of North America has already been sent from main office in Tokyo. As you know, you can copy, extra and forward material of moving picture of actor who appears in the VTR for 1 year after releasing the moving picture.
As I have to summarize the contract with office where the actor belongs to, if you know exact date when the moving picture is released, please let me know. Under the current situation, I am explaining to the office that it will be released from November 1st.
