It is lacking the exclamation mark at the begining, in Spanish we use exclamation mark at the beginning and at the end of the phrase: (Presione) ¡10% de descuento exclusivo para su restaurant!
I would say: Si está (with accent) interesado en anunciar (better than publicitar) su reataurant (lacking a t) en japonés (accent),....
restaurant (with a t).
servicio, (not period) $20.... página (accent)
