私は顧客から注文した製品が開封済みだったので返品したと連絡を受け取った
私は全ての商品を完全に検品しているので開封済みという事はあり得ない
この商品の過去の注文を探した所オーダーID：AAにてJuly 16, にこの商品が返品されFBAインベントリーに戻されていた事を発見した
この時に開封済みかどうかの検品はアマゾンにてキチンとされましたか？
もしこれがされていなかったのであれば今回の返品も私の責任ではないと思うのですがそれでも顧客に支払った返金370.68ドルを私が払うのですか？

My client informed that the item was returned because the package was already opened.
There is no possibility that the package was opened because I have checked all item.
I looked into the order history, and I found that this item was returned and backed to the FBA inventory on July 16, the ID is AA.
Did Amazon check if the item was already opened or not clearly at that time?
If you did not do that, this is not my fault. Even so, should I refund $370.68 to the client?
