あなたの方で往復チケットは予約できますか？前日の場合予約出来ない可能性があります。支払いは到着時にベトナム通貨で支払います。
6/11に日本語が話せる通訳をお願いします。
ホテルは以前の泊まったホテルを自分で予約しときます。
このスケジュールでいいですか？何か準備をする物がありましたら連絡下さい。

I will go to Ho Chi Minh on June 10th, Friday.
I will visit your factory on June 11th, Saturday.
I will go back to Ho Chi Minh on June 12th, Sunday.
I am going to buy air ticket to go to your town in Ho Chi Minh, but can you book round trip ticket at your side? I might not be able to make reservation on the day before. I will pay in Vietnamese currency when I arrive there.
Please arrange Japanese translator for June 11th.
I will book the hotel I previously stayed.
