excuse me but I just see the new invoice and I think it still being without a description of the item. I am sure that you are trying to do it well, but on the invoice only appears "payment for items" but doesn't say what kind of item is. The description is only on the email that paypal sent to me requesting for the payment, but I think that email will not work for customs. I'm so sorry to bother you. I am ready to make the rest of the payment but I wish the description of the guitar that I am purchasing

申し訳ないのですが、新しい請求書しかなく、おそらくまだ商品の説明書なしのものになっているかと思います。一生懸命やってくれているのはわかりますが、説明書には、「商品請求書」と書かれていますが、どの商品とは記載がありません。
ペイパルから送られてきた支払いのお知らせメールのみに説明書は記載しておりますが、メールに関しては顧客には関係ないものかと思います。
ご迷惑おかけして申し訳ありません。残りの支払いも済ませるつもりですが、購入したギターの説明書もあるととても助かります。
