先日この製品に関して警告を受けましたので当社はこの製品を取り扱わないことにしました。
在庫リストから削除した筈です。

しかしまた出品されたのでしょうか？

実は今回の出品は現在はまだ試用段階の新しい在庫管理ツールを使用しました。
再度出品されたのであればそのツールの不具合である可能性が高いです。
現在開発者に原因の問い合わせをしております。

今後この商品に関しては出品する予定はありません。
お手数をおかけし誠に申し訳ございません。

As we received a warning about the product the other day, we have decided not to sell it.
The product should have been removed from our product listing.
But, was it listed on the website again?

We actually used a new inventory management tool, which is still in a testing stage, for listings this time.
If it had been listed again, it is most likely due to the defects of the tool.
We have made an inquiry to the developer of the tool about the cause.

We have no plan to list the product in the future.
We are sorry for the inconvenience.
