Hi, I recently started a return request that was approved by you. I am trying to send it back, but it seems that I can not for less then the cost of the item. Fed Ex wants over $250.00 to send something to Japan, and they are telling me that things made in Japan can not be sent back to Japan. I am confused.
Do you know how I would return an item to you without it costing hundreds of dollars to do so?
