こんにちは。落札された商品が未着とのことで、下記の日本郵便のサイトで確認したところ、12/29に配送され、あなたがご不在だったようで、配達できず、最寄りの郵便局に保管されていたようです。
その後1/28に1か月の保管期限を過ぎてこちらに返送されたようです。
こちらに商品が届き次第再送することは可能ですが、かなりお時間を要してしまいます。
下記のページに同じアイテムを出品していますが、このアイテムでよろしければ代替品として送りますがいかがでしょうか？ご返信お待ちします

Hello.
We checked into the status of your auctioned goods that have not been delivered to you yet. According to the information I received from Japan Post site below, the item was attempted to be delivered on 12/29, but it was returned back to the post office since you were not home to receive it. It was kept at the post office for one month until 1/28, but after one month storage period expired it is on a way to be returned back to us.

We could ship it again as soon as we receive it, but we are afraid that it might take a long time for it to be delivered to you.
We have the same item listed on the page below, and if you are ok with it, we could ship it as a replacement to you. Please let us know what you think.
