もっと早く情報を知り、問い合わせをしていればと悔やむばかりです。

I got to know your project and that the deadline of public offering has been passed on Tumblr post this morning.
I cannot regret more that I should have had access to the information and contacted you much earlier.
If it is not too late and you are willing to accept, I would definitely like to participate in the public offering.
