Since your refund took so long time to reach me, I spoke with my credit card company .
They told me that they will file a complaint to you as they could confirm your returning the item.
I will be no longer able to purchase from your shop by using my visa card that is linked to the bank in Japan.
Please send me the money as soon as possible.
