こちらが解析の結果です。ポジティブコントロールでの検出率が高い順に用語を並べてあります。緑でマーカーを引いてあるのは、PRRが2以上で、各ポジティブコントロールで件以上検出された用語で、そのような用語は9個でした。この9個について、症例の原疾患と使用された薬剤を全てのデータで集計したところ、次のようになりました。ほとんどが日和見感染に関係がありそうな原疾患が存在する症例でしたし、使用された薬剤も免疫抑制が生じるものが多かったです。
