「Please tell me if I can see you on 21st.」は「Please tell me if you can see me on 21st.」としたほうが自然ではないでしょうか？
「I'll send the sample 」も原文をみると、自分で自宅まで届けるという内容ですので、「I'll deliver the sample」としたほうが良いと思います。
「We'll enjoy researching an another matter.」の訳にはマニラ(Manila)の訳が抜けています。「We'll enjoy Manila by researching an another matter.」とするのが正解かと思います。
