Order0728の配送はどうなっているのでしょうか？
私は7月28日にトムさん宛て注文をしました。
その際に、あなた方のミスにより私達が受け取っていないAも一緒に、8月25日までにこのオーダーを送ってくれと頼んでいます。あなたにもCCを入れています。
至急この時のオーダーとAを送ってくれませんか？
Aは本来7月に受け取っているべきものですので、これだけでも最優先で今週末にも送って欲しいです。
以下、7月28日に私とトムさんがやりとりしたメールを載せておきます。

I placed that order with Tom on July 28.
At that time, I asked him to ship that order by August 25 together with the A that we hadn't received because of your mistake. I also put you in my CC field then.
