Thanks I finally received my Fedex package today. Unfortunately the white outer Kobe cardboard box arrived damage. Is there any possible way of sending another white G shock Kobe cardboard outer box with out having to return everything (box & watch) to exchange for another undamaged Kobe.

ありがとう、やっと今日FedExの荷物を受け取りました。残念ながら、白い外装用神戸段ボール箱が損傷して到着しました。全てを返品（箱と時計）せずに損傷のない別の神戸の箱と引き換えする形で、別の白いGショックの外装用神戸段ボール箱を送ることは可能でしょうか？
