商品未着の件ですが、税関でチェック中としかWebでチェックできていません。
本来なら、即 返送手続きが取られて 返金に応じられるのですが
但し、普通は イーベイの手数料と送料は負担いただいています
なぜなら、説明に各国の輸入制限や条例をチェックして下さいと書いている
当店は調査をして、報告書を確認したら全額返金に応じると伝えている。
ペイパルにも、その様に伝えました。
ここで言い争っても解決はしない、ペイパルに任せましょう

As for the product which has not arrived, when we verified it shows as "customs clearance".
Normally, we can immediately proceed to issue a refund.
However, we ask customers to charge the return fee as well as the return shipping fee in these cases, as stated in the web to ask customers to check the import limitation and condition of each country.
We also state that we will issue a full refund once we investigate each case and confirm reports.
We also informed to PayPal the above content.
We can not resolve the problem discussing between us. Let's leave the issue to PayPal.
