amazonアメリカでパフォーマンスが急激に落ちたことを心からお詫びします。
今現在配送については外注しており、海外配送行う際の配送場所と商品の照合に時間がかかってしまい、配送に時間がかかってしまいました。
これからは外注先とのやり取りを念にとり、配送時間が遅れないよう行っていきます.

We have been outsourcing shipping and it takes time to match delivery address and the merchandise, therefore it took more time than we would have liked to see.
