Sさん、先日のトレーニングでは、Ｎさんのアテンドのサポートを頂きありがとうございました
来週、日本にいらしゃるとのことで、お会いできることを楽しみにしています
ここで1点残念なお知らせがあります
Sさんが楽しみにされているミュージアムの見学ですが、２０日(月)が日本の祝日開館日のため、２１日(火)が休館日となっています
代わりに21日は近くにあるグローバル研修センターと城下町の観光案内をさせて頂きたいのですが、いかがでしょうか？

I have heard that you are coming to Japan next week. I am looking forward to seeing you.
Now, I have to tell you one disappointing news.
As for the visit of the museum that you are looking forward to, 21th (Tue.) is closed, as 20th(Mon.) is open despite of holiday.
I would like to take you to Global training center and an old castle town instead.
