"Blue Sleeper" was born out of the need to tackle this simple problem.

Start up the application whilst in a darkened room, and try taking slow deep breaths in line with the soft changes on the screen.

By breathing deeply repeatedly at a fixed rhythm:

○It is considered to stabilize your heart rate, and relieve mental tension.
○It acts on the parasympathetic nerves, helping you relax.
