作業要領書の表現内容は、具体的・客観的で読み手（作業者）に親切な表現（文言、写真、イラスト）であること。
誰がその要領書で作業しても、同じ出来栄えの品物ができること。

作業者に判断（考え）させる内容は極力避け、誰でも解る表現にする。
目視のみに頼るﾁｪｯｸ方法から作業者の五感を使ったﾁｪｯｸ方法にする。

Explanation for the contents within a standard working outline should be sufficiently explained (words, pictures, drawing) as well as be concretely and purposefully toward the readers (workers)

When anyone works by using the working outline, he/she can make the product with the same quality.

Make explanation in a way that anyone can understand, while limiting the content that is up to the decision (though) of the workers as much as possible.

Develop checking methods that allow the workers to check with their five senses, giving priority to methods that require only sighting.
