このチャートは管径ごとにフルスケール流量を設定できる範囲を示している。
仮に管径6インチで420cfmをF.S.とすると、4.2cfm - 420cfmの間で、F.S. +/-1%の精度（4.2cfm）で測定ができる。

F.S.を高く設定すると、大きな流量を測定できるが精度が下がる。F.S.を低く設定すると、精度は上がるが小流量しか測定できない。

F.S.は出荷時に決められて後には変更できない。

I would like to know if I understand it correctly.
This chart shows the range where the full scale volume of flow is set by pipe diameter.
For example, if the pipe diameter is 6 inches and 420 cfm is F.S, we can measure the precision at F.S.＋/-1 percent (4.2cfm) between 4.2cfm and 420 cfm.

If we set the F.S. at high level, we can measure the large volume of the flow while the precision is reduced.
On the contrary, if we set the F.S. at low level, the precision is reduced while we can measure only the small volume of the flow.

The F.S. is decided when it is shipped, and we cannot change it thereafter.
