日本郵政公社からアメリカ郵政公社に破損の報告書を提出しました。
(日本郵政公社からアドバイス)
一週間後にもう一度、破損したカバーを持って、カバーを配達して頂いた郵便局に、ダメージレポートを提出して頂けませんか？
それでもダメージレポートが提出できなくて、日本の発送者が報告をする必要があると言われたら、その郵便局の名前と郵便局員の名前を教えて頂けませんか？
今回そのように、日本郵政公社からアドバイスを頂きました。
御手数をおかけしますが、御協力のほどお願いします。

I have to ask you a favour.
Japan post has sent a damage-during-shipment report to the United state postal service
(an advice acknowledged from Japan post office)
After one week, could you bring the damaged cover to the post office that sent the cover and submit a damage report there?
If you cannot submit the report and was asked to provide the name of the sender in Japan, can you tell me the name of the post office as well as the responsible officer ?
This is the advice I received from Japan post for this incident
