なぜなら商品の故障ではないからです。
「商品の代金の全額返金は、商品がこちらに到着してから行います」、という説明は最初からしていますが、こういった場合でも、商品の返送料はこちらの負担となるのでしょうか？

That’s because there is nothing wrong with the product itself.
I clearly state that I will issue a full refund for the product price when I receive the return item. But do I have to pay for the return shipping in a case like this?
