当方が日本のアマゾンに書いた文章を送らせて頂きます。現在アマゾン内では御社の製品を直接扱っているのは、私とx社だけです。彼らは卑劣な行為を繰り返すだけではなく、まともにパッケージングもせず、マニュアルも付けず、米国での価格以下で御社の製品を販売しています。わたしはともかく価格と品質の暴落は、恐らく日本における御社のブランドを大きく傷つけるものと考えております。出荷停止などの対策をご検討されるのがベターだと思います。彼らが居残る限り、私どもも継続が難しいところです。

This is the statement we sent to Amazon in Japan. As of today, only we and company X directly distribute your products on Amazon. They repeat despicable acts - horrible packaging, not attaching the manuals, selling your products for the price less than that of it in the U.S. We consider the plunge of your products' price and quality would damage your brand image in Japan. It would be better if you should address this issue such as to stop supplying products with them. For us, it is also hard to continue the business as long as they remain on the market.
