商品についてですが、２月３日に出荷をしております。

大変お手数ですが、最寄りの郵便局にあなた宛の荷物が無いか確認をしていただけませんか？
配達したが不在の為に、郵便局にて保管されている可能性があります。
郵便局にも商品が見当たらない場合は、再度連絡をいただけないでしょうか？
