販売も順調でこまめにebay様に手数料もお支払いしています。

そして、質問なのですが
日本のebayにも確認したのですが、到着3日が経過していれば
ebayに連絡すれば資金解除をして頂けると聞きました
到着3日後のバイヤーIDとアイテムナンバーを送れば解除して頂けますか？

思ったより売り順調で出来れば早く解除してもらいたいです。
そして、21日ロック自体も早く解除して頂けれるように努めています。
助けてくれたら嬉しいです
