フェデックスカスタマーサポートに確認したところ、受領国側で、トラッキング番号がわからない場合、調査する方法がないそうです。発送国側で追跡調査したほうが、荷物の行方が分かりやすいとの事です。大変申し訳ありませんが、発送された貴国のフェデックス社の窓口で追跡調査依頼をしていただけますか?よろしくお願いします。
We checked the customer support at Federal Express, and found that if we do not know
the tracking number in the country where the item is received, we have no way to check.
They said that it is easier to find the item if we track in the country from which it is sent.
We hate to ask you, but could you ask the window at the Federal Express in your country
to track it? We appreciate your cooperation.
