私達は海外送金をする際には、金額の大小にかかわらず、50ドルの手数料を必要とします。
もし可能ならば、次回のサンプル代とあわせて送金したいのですがよろしいでしょうか。

Thanks for arranging sample item.
I checked the amount on the invoice.
When making overseas bank transfer, $50 fee is required regardless whether the mount is small or big.
If possible we'd like to make payment together with the amount of next sample, would that be okay?
