画像拝借の件を謝罪し、購入のキャンセル依頼を行いました。
購入者側も購入、入金する意思はなかった為、キャンセルに同意をしました。
しかしその後に購入者は私に[あなたは詐欺だ]という全く根拠がない内容の悪い評価を与えてきたのです。

今回の評価は、購入者に購入意思が全くなく、最初から販売者側に悪い評価を与える為、故意に商品を落札した行為です。
上記の事から今回の評価は当店のカスタマーサービスに対する評価ではなく、完全な不当評価に該当します。
上記理由により該当番号の評価の削除を申請します。

(I have) apologized for having borrowed the picture from their website,
and requested him/her to cancel the order.
The buyer has admitted that there was no intention of purchasing and paying for the product,
and agreed to cancel the order.
However, after all of this, the buyer left the negative feedback on our account without any evidence.

This feedback is based on the order by the buyer who, from the beginning, had no intention of purchasing
the product, only to harm our account. In conclusion, the feedback should not be taken for the review of our customer service, it should fall under the unreasonable review.
We will formally request to delete the feedback of the corresponding number, based on this reason.
