お客様が返品の承認を依頼すると、
以下の件名のメールが私に届きます。
『Return authorization request for order # …』（返品承認のリクエスト）

この手続きをして頂けると
社内の手続きを省略出来るので
すぐに、返金が出来ます。

実施、頂くことは可能でしょうか。

If you request for a product return approval, then I will receive the following email.

If you do this procedure, then we will be able to omit internal procedures and I will be able to issue you a refund immediately.
