上記のオーダーに関してですが、
配送記録を見ると、到着済みとなっているのですが、
買い手が受け取っていないと言っており、配送状況を調査している状態です。
それなのに、何度も何度も状況はどうなったとか、
返事が来なかったらどうするんだ？とメッセージを送られて困っております。

私の方から返事をすると何度も言っているのにも関わらずです。

このままだと、私がおかしくなりそうです。

どうか、助けて下さい。

Regarding my above purchase,
when we checked the delivery records, it shows up that the product has been delivered already,
but it says that it was not received by the buyer. I am now inquiring about this situation.
However, sending many confirmations is troublesome.

If it will go on like this, I'll probably go mad.

The translation doesn't make sense.
The author is the seller, not the buyer. He is asking for help to the website (maybe Amazon or eBay) because his buyer is complaining that he/she hasn't received the item, even though the tracking info shows it has been delivered.
