お客様にお伝えしなければいけないことがございます。発送前の最終確認の段階でヘッドに少し打痕と塗装焼け（ムラ）があることが発覚しました。写真を添付します。○○工場から直送して店舗に保管していたもので確かに「新品」ですが、なんらかの衝撃が加わりこのようになってしまったのだと思います。ですので$100のディスカウントをさせて頂きたいと思い連絡をしました。お客様の意見をお聞かせください。もし、その内容でご了承頂けるなら速やかに発送準備にとりかかります。よろしくお願い致します。

原文の「お客様」とは本メールの宛先ではないでしょうか。「お客様」が第三者のように訳されているので違和感があるように思います。
