４、発送後のお客様からの問い合わせに対する対応は全て御社でお願いします。こちらで発送した段階で御社にトラッキングナンバー情報を提供致します。EMS（日本郵便）との対応は全てこちらで対応します。商品には全額（仕入れ値ではなくお客様が購入した金額で）保険をかけて発送致します。

5、支払い方法はお客様の購入のその都度、御社から私たちの口座に銀行振込をしてもらい、私たちが「商品の全額+送料+私たちへお支払いして頂く手数料」の入金が確認出来次第、速やかに商品をお客様の元へ発送致します。

4. We ask you to handle all the inquiries from the customers after sending. When we send the items,
we will provide you the information of a tracking number. We handle for EMS (Japan Post) in whole.
We will send the items covered by insurance by 100 percent (not by the purchasing price but the amount that the customers purchase).

5. Regarding the payment, you pay to our bank account at each time the customer purchases and we will send the item to the customer promptly after we check the receipt of the "whole amount of the item＋shipping charge＋fee for us".

日本人である私がどうこう言うよりも、同じ文を担当されたネイティブの方の訳文の方が参考になると思います。
一点だけ指摘するならば、「the amount that the customers purchase」　→　これは金額のことではなく「購入量」として理解されると思います。
