しかし、他の販売者が、在庫あり"で販売しているため、我々は販売予定日を設定できません。
これらの商品は発売日前に販売することをNINTENDOから禁じられており、他の販売者は違反しています。

これらの商品について、販売予定日を設定できるように助けていただけませんか？

We are scheduled to launch the following three items in Japan on February 19, 2015.

We are thinking to sell them on Amazon.com as pre-order.

However, we can not set up a Offering Release Date, as another seller sell them as in-stock items .
It is prohibited to sell these items before the launch day by NINTENDO, so the other seller infringe the rule.

Could you please help us to be able to set up a Offering Release Date for these products?
