あなたの会社のスプレーガンはとても使い易いので、私は大変気に入っています。
しかし、不良品を交換してもまた送られてきた商品は不良、このような状況をとても残念に思っています。
再度交換してもらうとしても、本来なら最初の注文が良品なら払う必要のなかったお金（返送料等）をこれ以上負担するつもりはありません。
