私は9月に商店Ａに同じ商品を注文しました。
商店Ａは商店Ｂの配送システムを使って商品を発送しようとしました。
商店Ｂの配送システムは今回のように何度も配送スケジュールを変更しました。
しかし、結局11月まで待っても商品は届きませんでした。
そして、その注文はキャンセルされてしまいました。
私はFedexやUPSでの発送ならば必ず商品を受け取れます。
しかし、どういうわけか商店Ｂの追跡番号の無い配送システムだと商品を受け取れません。
今回も同じことが起こるような気がして連絡しました。

I have ordered the same item from shop A back in September.
Shop A has attempted to ship items via Shop B's distribution system.
However, it has changed the delivery schedule many times just like it did this time.
I had waited until November, but it never arrived.
The order was then cancelled.
If it was shipped via FedEx or UPS, I can receive the item without failure.
Nonetheless, for some reason, I cannot receive the delivery system of shop B without a tracking number.
I wanted get in touch with you because something bad like that might happen again this time.
