相談させてください。
賃貸物件に12/1から入居したいと考えています。
そのためにいくつかのタイミングで必要な支払いが発生します。
自身が保有している日本の銀行からの送金には時間が掛かってしまうため
その支払いについて一旦会社にて立替ていただくことは可能でしょうか？
物件を予約するために必要な１ヶ月分については小切手にて早急に支払う必要がある。

I'm considering to start the new rental agreement since 1st December, by then I would need to make a few payment to get it done.

With the limit of time since today is already 24 Nov, it might be too late to transfer the money from my own bank account, would the company able to pay for me first and I would pay it back later?

And for to guarantee the booking with the new place, I would need to pay 1 months deposit by cheque as soon as possible.
