いつ頃出荷できる予定でしょうか？

〇〇は在庫がなくなってしまい、
△△、◇◇、は在庫がもうほとんどなくなってしまいました。
とてもお忙しいとは思いますが、可能な限り早く出荷していただけると、大変ありがたいです。

新しく次の発注もしたいです。
注文書のファイルが添付してあるのでご確認ください。

もし製作が遅くなってしまっても、これからも品質だけは落とさないようにお願い致します。

Regarding the orders placed on October 7th and October 18th, when will you be able to ship them?

○○ is out of stock, whilst △△ and ◇◇ are almost depleted.
I believe you are so busy, but I would much appreciate if you chould ship them at the earliest opportunity.

I would also like to place a new subsequent order.
