日本ではFAXでは認めてもらえません。実際に確認しましたが、ビジネス用のAについては必ずBが必要となり、もしBが入手できなければ彼はCに行くことはできません。ホテルのキャンセル等でかなりお客様が怒っているので、彼にかわって私が代理で申請することになりました。
