本日AがBに申請にいったところPDFではなくオリジナルのletterが必要であるとのことで、受け取ってもらえず突っ返されました。至急オリジナルのletterが必要です。内容も不備があるそうですが、その旨については何とか彼がスタッフを説得しておさまったようですが、いずれにせよPDFではなくオリジナルletterが至急必要です。
いったん私が受け取っていると時間がかかるので、下記に直接送付いただけないでしょうか？
また、ホテルの予約確定についても彼に知らせたく、至急手配してください。

The time would take longer if you send me the letter directly so please directly send to the address noted below.
Also, please inform the applicant about the booking confirmation of the hotel and as it is urgent, please do it as soon as possible.

I suppose that A is referring a person and B is referring to a place to submit the document, so the first sentence needs a revision.
