以下の商品のうちヒョウ柄のものはありますか？4つの商品はみんな同じデザインでしょうか？
それぞれの商品の柄と色を教えて下さい。
別の件ですが、私達は御社のWebサイトを参照して、お客さんに在庫を伝えています。
Webサイトでは在庫ありと表示されているにも関わらず、注文するとたまにバックオーダーになる商品があります。
私達がより正確に在庫を把握できる方法はないでしょうか？

Do you have a leopard print among the following items? The design is the same for all four products? Please let me know the pattern and color of each product.
