もし、サイティスが到着しているのでしたら、早急にメールに添付して下さい。そして、私は、彼らを迎える準備の為に、日本政府に申請書を送り、成田空港にメールで連絡を入れないといけません。

As you know you need the application, the invoice and CITES to obtain a permit from Japanese government.
If, you already got CITES, please attach it and email to me as soon as possible. Then, I will send the application to Japanese government and email to Narita Airport in order to prepare to welcome them.
