First of all, please read the manual, and upload the commodity of report #01 which is saved in dropbox.
It is important for you to click the save icon right after you upload the commodity. DO NOT click the submit icon.
SAL registered mail can only be used to a commodity whose price is lower than 70 dollars. There are some countries to which you cannot use SAL registered mail from Japan such as Germany, Australia, Norway, etc.
