International orders are not eligible for returns.
Items must be returned within 30 days.
Items must not be worn or altered, and should be in the same condition in which they were received.
Items must be returned in original packaging. In the case you no longer have the original packaging it should be substituted by one of the same size

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.If the return or exchange takes place due to a manufacturing fault or quality defect by Soludos®, the total amount of the shoes, including postage will be refunded.
